Lift is a simple weightlifting log. Our goal is to make the app as simple as notes, but to include advanced functionality such as: + previous stats for progressive overload + 1 rep max stats to track your progress over time + minimal rest timers in between sets Up to this point, we have used a paper and a pencil to track our workouts. Most apps make the process of creating a workout, adding exercises and tracking super complicated. Notes are great, but you always have to re-write your workouts or hope you don't somehow lose them.
